Company history

Shoper S.A., based in Kraków, was founded in 2005 (initially under the name Devarea s.c.) by Krzysztof Krawczyk and Rafał Krawczyk. Since 2008, the company began offering software for online stores on a wide scale through cooperation with business partners. Since 2010 the software for online stores is available in SaaS model. Since then, Shoper focuses and specializes in this type of solutions.

In 2011, the entity was transformed into a joint stock company Dreamcommerce S.A. and the mobile version of the Shoper platform was made available. In 2015, the company's offer was extended by Shoper Applications, allowing external software providers to create dedicated solutions for customers as well. Subsequent years saw further expansion of the offer and introduction of new additional services, including Shoper Campaigns, Shoper Payments, Shoper Shipping. In 2017, Shoper began cooperation with key business and technology partners such as n. Google, and from 2019 also cooperate with, among others, Allegro and Facebook. In 2021, it was decided to unify the name with the Shoper online platform. In the same year, shares in a subsidiary were also acquired, which provided access to the ErpBox application. Thanks to the ErpBox solution, users of the Shoper platform gain, among others, the possibility to integrate with trading platforms, allowing them to sell abroad.
