President (CEO) at Shoper since 2021, responsible for creating and enforcing the Company's business strategy. Entrepreneur with nearly 25 years of experience in the new technology industry. Twice awarded the title of "CEO of the year" by the Polish Association of Capital Investors and "Manager Magazine".

While still in college, he founded a web hosting company, which he later successfully sold to home.pl. And then headed it for 13 years.

His creativity and ability to discover unconventional solutions contribute to the diversification of the portfolio of companies he manages.

Member of the Commercial Chief Operating Officer (CCO) at Shoper. He is responsible for sales management, partner channel expansion and customer support processes. His responsibilities also include the development of AI and Machine Learning activities, which influence the innovation of the Shoper Group.

He worked at Sunrise System for almost 16 years and consistently developed the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) area - from intern to CEO and shareholder. Among other things, he was responsible for establishing a strategic partnership with Google, as well as selling shares to key investor Bauer Media Group in 2013. At the media conglomerate, he was an expert and advised on international due diligence.

Paul has an extensive background in economics, information technology, finance, as well as an Executive MBA from Aalto University in Helsinki.

Member of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Shoper, he is responsible for the company's key areas of finance, compliance and administration.

Peter is a respected manager and expert who, in a career spanning more than 25 years, has gained experience in corporate financial management, controlling and accounting. From 2013 to 2021, as a Member of the Board of Directors and CFO of home.pl, he co-created the success of the leader in hosting services in Central Europe, and oversaw significant investments in the development of the product offering and technology platform. In the past, he also served as CFO at PC Factory S.A. and Barlinek S.A.

He holds a master's degree in finance and banking and a postgraduate degree in accounting from the University of Szczecin.

Member of the Chief People Officer (CPO) at Shoper. She directs the company's HR policy and is responsible for the development of the team's competence and organizational culture. She is the originator of an internal education and development program for employees called "Shoper Up!".

Anna is an experienced manager, specializing in developing human potential in organizations. She has more than 19 years of experience. She has worked in "software house" companies engaged in custom software development. From 2015 to 2021, she served as Director of Human Resources at home.pl.

She graduated from the University of Szczecin with a degree in sociology and earned a postgraduate diploma in human resource management.
