Piotr Biczysko, a manager with over 20 years of experience in finance, has become a Member of the Management Board of Shoper S.A.

Piotr Biczysko is a respected manager and finance expert. For the last 8 years he has been a member of the management board and the financial director of home.pl S.A. – a leading provider of Internet services for small and medium-sized enterprises in Central and Eastern Europe. In Shoper S.A. he will be responsible for managing the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.

In his over 20-year professional career, Piotr Biczysko has dealt with managing company finances, controlling and acquiring financing. As a member of the Management Board and CFO of home.pl S.A. for 8 years, he co-created the success of the company, which in recent years has implemented a number of investments in the development of its product offer, technological platform and customer service processes in the SME segment. In the past, he was also the financial director of PC Factory S.A., MSL Sp. z o.o. and Barlinek S.A.

Shoper S.A. is a leader on the Polish market of e-commerce software providers in the SaaS model. It has about 45% market share in terms of the number of customers served, and including shops sold on a private label basis, this share increases to about 57%. It enables entrepreneurs to conveniently, quickly and easily set up their own online shop and conduct sales in the online channel. The Company’s comprehensive offer includes the Shoper platform, available in the form of a subscription, which allows flexible adjustment to the needs of a given client and a number of services sold in the pay-as-you-grow (PAYG) model, correlated directly with the number of orders or the volume of turnover (GMV) generated by shops on the platform.


On 9 July this year. Shoper S.A. debuted on the main floor of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The share price at the opening was PLN 54.1, an increase of 15% compared to the maximum offering price of PLN 47.00. The value of the entire Shoper offer amounted to approximately PLN 363 million.
