Strona zawiera informacje na temat zgodności działań Shoper S.A. z rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2022/2065 z dnia 19 października 2022 r. w sprawie jednolitego rynku usług cyfrowych i zmieniającym dyrektywę 2000/31/WE (Digital Services Act, DSA).

Zgodnie z art. 11 DSA, Shoper S.A. wyznaczył punkt kontaktowy dla organów państw członkowskich, Komisji Europejskiej i Rady Usług Cyfrowych, o którym mowa w art. 61. W celu stosowania DSA niezbędne informacje można uzyskać, wysyłając wiadomość na adres e-mail: kontaktKSC@shoper.pl. Komunikacja odbywa się w językach polskim i angielskim.

Zgodnie z art. 12 DSA, Shoper S.A. wyznaczył również punkt kontaktowy dla odbiorców usługi. Wiadomości należy kierować na adres e-mail: abuse@shoper.pl, po polsku lub angielsku.

This page provides information on Shoper S.A.’s compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act, DSA).

As per Article 11 of the DSA, Shoper S.A. has designated a point of contact for Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the Board for Digital Services, as outlined in Article 61. For inquiries related to the application of the DSA, please email: kontaktKSC@shoper.pl. Communication is available in Polish and English.

Pursuant to Article 12 of the DSA, Shoper S.A. has also designated a point of contact for service recipients. Messages in Polish or English should be directed to: abuse@shoper.pl.
